I've never been a fan of fruit cake but I'm hoping Nigella's Chocolate Fruit Cake will change my mind.
Update: It was by far the best fruit cake I have ever eaten, but I'm still not a fan. Pookie and the kids seemed to like it though.

Gorgeous cake! I'm not a fan either but this one sounds really good. I might give it a try someday.

Me neither but that looks pretty good. The only time I had fruit cake that tasted good was when I went to a friends wedding in Canada. Her mom made the wedding cake and she soaked the fruit for weeks in alcohol.
